Coming soon:
  • California: SB 1019 will require labeling flame retardants in upholstered residential furniture. The bill passed the Assembly & Senate, and is on the Governor’s desk for action by September 30th.
  • California: SB 193 will expand the authority of the Department of Industrial Relations and Department of Public Health to collect data on chemicals from chemical manufacturers, formulators, suppliers, distributors, importers, and their agents for inclusion in the Hazard Evaluation System and Information System (HESIS).
