Commercial Manager & Sustainability Lead, Endurans Solar
Imco Goudswaard is Commercial Manager & Sustainability Lead at Endurans Solar, a leading US based manufacturer of innovative materials solutions for solar panel manufacturers worldwide. Prior to joining DSM Advanced Solar in 2010 – the business that would in 2021 become Endurans® Solar – he worked for around 20 years in the polymer business and innovation center of Dutch multinational Royal DSM, holding positions including researcher, product developer, tech service and new business development manager, and business analyst. Imco has a master's degree in Structural Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology in the Netherlands and has also completed a circular economy masterclass at the University of Exeter in Great Britain and a post-graduate program in Polymer Technology at the University of Twente, Netherlands.
