
Vice President of Private Brand Development, Rite Aid
Bob Himler is Vice President of Private Development at Rite Aid, where he is responsible for brand strategy, product development, package design and marketing of Rite Aid’s own brands. Over the past three years, Bob has worked closely with internal stakeholders and external supplier partners to spearhead the development and transformation of Rite Aid’s brand and product portfolio. During the past year, Bob has been a driving force in the development of Rite Aid’s chemical policy and is assisting in its implementation across private brand and national brand products.
With over 20 years of experience in consumer products and retail brand development, Bob has held various leadership roles throughout his career. He has worked with leading retailers such as Rite Aid, PetSmart, Giant Eagle, and Jewel Food Stores in the planning, development and execution of their private brand programs. Bob received his BS from the University of Oregon and his MBA from Indiana University in Bloomington.
